Driving Without FOB

    At least in the 2022, if the truck is started with the fob, once the door opens, it shuts the car off. I find this very annoying, but I guess it is better than it being stolen. Side note, my 2016 Mustang would only travel about 50' away from the fob before displaying a warning and shutting off.

    The key fob is for disabling the starter . Once u start the truck u can drive away . It’s not designed to shut the truck down . Once u shut it off it will not start till the fob is within range .
