    Hey guys,

I tried searching for a solution but nothing helpful was coming up, so sorry in advance if this has already been discussed. I am dealing with an issue where both my daytime running lights and the license plate lights are not working. Let me give you some background:

My truck was in an accident a while ago and I finally got it into the shop to be repaired. Part of the repair process was to remove the bed and they also replaced the rear driver side rocker panel. I would bring my truck back to the shop but Im afraid they will want to keep it for a few days to investigate. Im guessing these is a harness somewhere that isnt making a good connection or wasnt plugged back in. I have checked all of the fuses with no luck. If anybody has any suggestions or if they can provide a diagram of this circuit, it would be very much appreciated.

I am assuming that both sets of lights must share a power source or something. I am also assuming there is nothing wrong with the bulbs since it would be really unlikely that 4 bulbs would have trouble at the same exact time (and my front blinkers work).

    Thanks in advance!

Update for anybody who finds this thread years later :)

So my DRL are working again. Apparently the electricity fairy came around last night and solved that problem for me. No clue why they werent working or what fixed them. Perhaps my eyesight cleared up???

My license plate lights are still not working, but at least I can narrow my problem down a bit. I now know my assumption was wrong that the DRL and license plate lights were sharing something besides the ground. At this point I am thinking its going to be something really simple...I just need to find the time to pull some light fixtures out and check connections.

Thanks to anybody that gave this some thought.
