Recently, my headlights (DRL) do not turn off automatically when I shut down engine. Additionally, the dome light does not come on, nor does the ignition chime sound when the driver's door is opened (and keys remain in ignition). What's happening?

No, I have not done any lighting changes. Quite a while back (1 year) I did replace the driver's side mirror--it is electrical but nothing else was disturbed in the process. This recent problem is just that--recent--and I just can't figure it out. Thanks for your thoughts, tho
