Never heard of this before on these trucks. Interested to see how many people have this issue.

It almost appears that there is some electrical interference. Have you done electrical modifications or added any additional electrical components?

Something else you might be able to try for troubleshooting is swap the headlight assemblies (if possible) and see if the problem travels with the assembly or not.

You still under warranty? Might want to reconsider that "mess with the wiring . . ." thing. Oh, how do you know they are flickering? I can't see mine from the drivers seat. Were you doing a walk-around and discovered it? Just curious.

These are modified with DRL switchback halos & painted black. Nothing wrong with the work done cause I’ve had them for 8 months now. They don’t flicker unless my headlights are on
I noticed cause when I’m driving they flicker & it’s noticeable on a road with no street lights. I thought it was a headlight bulb going out at first cause it was that noticeable.

I'd be willing to bet they do that on camera, but it's not visible when you look at them. My security camera picks it up when I back out, but you can't see it looking at them.

I would’ve never known they were messed up in the first place then

Just a suggestion. I back out if my garage and both my wife's car and my truck look just like what you posted on camera. But neither look like that in person. My neighbors led house lights flicker as well. I can literally look at my phone through the camera and they're flickering, look at the actual lights and they definitely aren't.

I know what you’re saying. I’ll get a video of it flickering while I’m driving when it’s dark. I wouldn’t be trying to figure out what could be wrong if it wasn’t distracting at night while driving
