Does any else has an issue when you turn on your headlights switch on the column from off to DRL to parking lights to head lights, the center console display, audio, home navigation, buttons are so dim you can hardly see them?

Might want to navigate to the display options and enable day time mode, it should keep the display (radio/headunit screen) fully lit regardless of light setting.

If you're referring to the back lighting on switches and dials, also try turning your odometer dial to raise the brightness.
