Drl Problem

    So my raptor lights are tapped to my drl’s. One of the connections for the raptor lights became loose and + &- touched. My problem is that the drl will only turn on if the headlights are off. As soon as I turn on the headlights the drl’s turn off. I don’t think it’s a fuse since the drl’s do turn on when headlights are off and turn signals work. What should I check for?
