There was a bug for the Droid 2 where it wouldn't sync all the contacts when setup for Exchange. I haven't heard of a fix for it yet. If you don't use Exchange, no biggie.

Everyone that I know, that has had them, claims anything by HTC is complete crap.

I have to disagree...I have an evo and it's one of the best built phones I've had...no complaints

Droid Incredible FTW! Droid X is okay, but its almost too big and it has that lump on the back that feels uncomfortable when its in your pocket. It also seemed to lag a bit compared to the Incredible. I have no experience with Droid 2 but it looks exactly like the first Droid

Droid X was too big to comfortably fit in my hand and work with/touch all the parts of the screen so I went with the Droid 2 and love it. Now that you can get the Swype keyboard the incredible would be a good choice too but without the Swype keyboard I don't know how anyone who needs to text or send emails could stay sane without a physical keyboard.

Droid X fits awesome in my hand, and with the big screen, it is so worth it. I don't have cable since I moved and get to watch football games live on nfl network. I'm not a fan of the qwerty keyboard other than the touch screen one. I also hate slide phones. If you do get a DX then I'd recommend getting the Trident Kraken case!

I have the droid x fastest texting phone ever with swype, the screen is huge and this phone offers so much. Its very slim so when its in your pocket you don't hardly notice it.

Can't really say about the others but I have the HTC incredible and its awesome. Very thin, camera takes high quality photos, call quality is excellent. No complaints yet.

Does anybody else think this will actually happen? Is it worth waiting for?

Who cares? Android is a superior operating system (in my experience, never had an iphone but I absolutely hate my mac and ipod touch) I have had a Droid and Droidx (current) I'd say x over incredible. It's got a slightly faster processor, slightly better camera, and i believe slightly higher resolution (I'd have to check on these, not 100%sure). It also has the HDMI port, though I've never used it. I carry it and my ipod in my pocket most of the time and hardly notice them, the bump isn't a big deal. I also love swype on the enormous screen, its so fast and easy for texting. I liked only physical keyboards too, then I jumped in a lake with the original droid in my pocket. Came out working (testament to build quality, these are TOUGH!), but the keyboard was messed up so I had to go to touch and once you're used to it it's not that bad. Same with swype, it's weird at first but you get used to it. The screen size I actually like, now everything else seems tiny. I'm planning on rooting it at some point in the future... that's where this thing fails. I can explain more if you want but for now I'll end this already too long post.
    Peace

got the incredible, love it!! only thing that sucks ass is battery life. I have the screen on lowest setting and still with the amount i have to use my phone during the day i find myself having to charge it whenever I'm in my truck or house. But besides the battery life the incredible is a nice nice nice phone.

I got a droid x from my work and i absolutely love it, its the greatest such a huge screen and its very responsive the only bad thing is if your in a bad service area for a long time it will freeze up and you have to restart the phone at least i do because i am in mechanical rooms all the time

Best Buy has the HTC incredible for $0.00 so I got my wife one. I still have till Feb. before I can get Best Buy to do it. Verizon doesn't have the deals they do so it looks like I am out of luck.

I have the Incredible and I love it. Like everyone else says, the battery life sucks, but there are a few fixes for it that I'm working on doing.
