I was just stuck with the same decision. I ended up with the droid 2. Droid x is too big and doesn't have a physical keyboard ( i hate onscreen keyboards but thats just me). And i don't really see a need for a high def video recorder on a cell phone. I've had my droid 2 for about a month and love it.

I vote Incredible, it usually beats both in benchmarks tests and has the highest marks of all devices in linmark. Same hardware wise, just not as huge screen as X.

I also have a Droid 1, I would go with the Droid 2 first then the Incredible, then the X. To me the X is too big of a phone. I like having a physical keyboard.

I got a Droid X a few weeks ago. I absolutely love it.

The size doesn't really bother me. It easily fits in my pocket. Since it's pretty thin, there's not a big bulge. Also, because it has a big ass screen, you get a big ass keyboard.

You really can't go wrong with either of them. I think it ends up being about personal preference--Do you want a physical keyboard or not?

I got the Droid X and it owns, people say that is too big is stupid. I used to have a LG dare and i could always feel it in my pocket, but the Droid X doesnt feel like its there because its very thin. Ive had my share of phones, i used to have a Iphone and the Droid X is 10x better.

Love my droid X. I definitely dont think its too big. I've gotten used to it. Now when i pick up a 3.7" screen phone they look sooooooo small. the screen seems tiny to me. The incredible is also a good phone. It all just comes down to preference. Key board or no keyboard. screen size and whether you want HTC Sense or not.
