Drone noise..... bearing or converter?

Good day to y'all, gonna try to be as specific as possible.
Best I can describe this as is a low tone drone that becomes noticeable as I accelerate, certainly after 40 mph and definitely at 65 mph. I feel it a little in the pedal and floorboard while driving but being on Memphis TN roads can do that too

Nonexistent when stopped, idle, or neutral. I've tried coasting in neutral and the drone tone intensity is almost half.
I have noticed that it will get up to speed like normal but at the same time almost feels like it's pushing to get more hp as if it's between 4th and Drive, or rather like it's dragging a weight while still up to speed.
The drone started, I want to say, about a week after I replaced the front brakes, which led me to initially believe it was a bearing going out due to the rotors grinding prior, and thought perhaps the constant vibration from that might have done something.
It has had sluggish acceleration before, and intermittent delays in shifts but no other symptoms, noises, or issues with the trans.
Researching the issue led me to believe it's one of the two, converter or a bearing but I could be totally wrong.
I drive 80 miles a day and have not towed.
Had the trans flushed by the stealership back at 67k, added Lubeguard ATF and Shudderfix soon after.
Planning on doing the 12/6 and 9/3 clock position tire shake when I get home today regarding the bearing.

Any other info or suggestions of things I can check without taking too much apart is welcome.

Does it change when you steer left and right, if it does it's probably a wheel bearing or tires making noise. If it doesn't then it's more likely to be something in the driveline like the rear end or carier bearing.

Nothing when steering. I've also had the carrier and driveshaft inspected several times, most recently when I had the brakes replaced and was told they were solid. Unless I've been lied to this whole time.
Planning on changing the rear diff fluid this weekend since it's almost time anyway.

EDIT: I attempted the brake tap method to test if the torque converter shuddered but it was a short road and couldn't tell much in the time I had. Gotta wait until I'm able to leave work.

Maybe set it on jackstands and run it in the air to see if you can duplicate and isolate the noise.

Torque converter shudder is typically felt more than it is heard.

This is a truck (body on frame), it doesn't have a subframe.

This could be front diff needle bearing noise. Does it go away when you put it I. 4wd? If so you need the ECGS bushing.
    Apparently I can't read, I missed the 2wd

however I would bet it’s a u-joint or carrier bearing.

what frequency is it? Does it match the rotation of the wheels or is it ~4 times faster then that. That would narrow down between driveshaft related or wheel related.

It's 2wd so no needle bearing

checking a drive shaft while stationary is very tricky sometimes. If you remove the shaft and check the joints that way it would be much clearer.
