    I want to install a Drop Down Running Board on my 4x4 Crew Cab 2016 TRD Tacoma
    What are my options/choices ?

    I had the AMP Research steps on my last truck (F350). They were great. I didn't have any issues with them.

    Google will be your friend here.

    Very few on a forum like this will use such a thing.

    Actual sliders are more popular, and the non-offroading folks who want steps tend to stick with the fixed traditional models that dealers install.

    I had them on my Silverado, and they were great.

    Edit: They tuck up nice and clean. Really hard to tell that they are even there. They drop down when the doors open and close a few seconds after door is closed.

    In the Tacoma they don’t tuck in like in the big size trucks. Not sure why.
    Google Tacoma amp step and then images and you will see.
