 So one of my dad's friends came over to the house to replace one of his cylinder cover assembly because one had a small crack and oil would leak out. He wasn't paying attention when taking the bolts out and dropped 3 washers inside the engine. He never noticed until he turned the truck on and heard noise coming from the engine. Long story short, he and another friend had to take the whole engine apart to reach the cylinders and take out the washers. We found the washers and tomorrow we will be putting everything back

What kind of damage did the washers cause to the engine?

Glad you guys got it taken care of. Did the valves or pistons/cylinders get damaged?

Nope, nothing happened. We turned the truck off as soon as we heard noise. I felt so bad for my dad's friend. I looked so scared and worried that it looked like wanted to cry :)
