Got the grill and headlights off then made a discovery


so I tapped this screw in an sealed it up with some JB Weld.

 

Headlamps are in

 

Maf and throttle body cleanup



It was filthy in there. Should have taken pic of the MAF s it was covered with dirt
All clean now

 

Nice build, man! How did you decide where to camp out in Baja?

The route for the Baja XL rally has pre determined nightly camp spots. I believe it will be a mix of bivouac's of the group and where ever you are and need to sleep. Check out the Baja XL site to get an idea.

Thanks it as many builds here a work in progress. Next up will be replacing rear suspension setup in a couple months. There should be some good activity getting ready for the rally. Stay tuned...
