Here are a handful of photos explaining some of the thought that went on during design. Will add to this as I can

Hard to get a good angle on it but there’s a tad more than a 1/4” (angle of photo is deceiving) I’ve heard of this issue from several others also so an effort was made to prevent that. This truck has had it installed for about 7 months now and no visible marks.76789507723__5D986953-9AC5-4AD0-9AEB-731D3020C15E.jpg

Thats a good sign. And good clearance. Thank you for the pic.

I'm not in the market for another bumper, but this one looks excellent in design and implementation. I went with my prerunner style tube bumper because I both like the look, and it was among the lightest weight options without going full aluminum. I'm also hesistant to chop my crossmember while I am still paying my truck off, so that was another consideration. I'll be able to modify my current bumper once its paid off and increase clearance in the front once I remove the crossmember fairly easily.

Your front skid reinforcement looks extremely well thought out.

One last question, are you still able to keep the airflow directing plastic wings between the grille and condenser with this winch? It appears everything will still fit as you're not chopping up into the area at the base of the grille.

Edit- actually two last questions- what's the clearance between the main front tube and the grille? Can you mount larger lamps in front of the grille without sticking out much past the front tibe?

You can probably keep those side pieces with some trimming but I opt to remove them.

Theres about an inch between the tube and grill so not a whole lot of room but plenty of light options that will give you more light than needed

More detailed the better is really the only thing we can ask for. Clear pics, and label the pics from what perspective they're taken from (e.g. passenger frame, top down view etc) if they're closeups.

I was hoping you left an access panel for the oil filter in the front skid. This bumper looks great for clearance and very strong with the improved mounting points.

Of course haha oil drain and oil filter access panels flush mounted with CNC machined stainless washers to protect the bolt heads.
