The new bumper looks great. This seems like a good alternative to the c4 rock runner. Is the only welding required for the support plates?

More questions for the new bumper!
Is there an optional license plate mount that could be made available? Or has anyone figured out a license plate solution already?
Any issues with sway bar clearance?

Was there ever any further development or updates to this? Also, what was the split between up and down?

I have made some changes to the hangers to optimize longer leaf packs like all pro, deaver and mine. There is now another set of bolt holes that moves the hanger back. Deavers are still only going to yield around 12.5-13” travel depending on bump set up and how negative you’re okay with your leafs going.

I set my truck up with about 2” of negative arch and got to that number. The 16” measurement would be metal to metal bumped and strapped I do think 15-15.5” is possible but haven’t tested it yet. It would only be possible with my spec leafs or a custom set of leafs similar in design. The Deaver and Allpro packs won’t cycle that much.

I was sitting at about 5-5.5” up from ride height once the leafs broke in.

Your setup caught my eye as I'm trying to decide on how I'm going to build the rear end. I'm trying to optimize it for crawling and I'm deciding whether I stay with leafs or go with the MarTech kit. I know the 3-link will provide more travel and probably yield it more smoothly, however, if I could get a solid ~15" of travel out of leafs I'd probably just stick with them.

Honest answer with two things to consider 1) If you feel like you’re at the point with your build where you’re considering links. Go with links. There’s really not a comparison. That’s not to say this set up doesn’t perform extremely well but links will always out perform.

    2) ask your self if it’s a want or a need. Are you really at the point with your build where links are the answer? There is a long list of things I would do before linking the rear. 35+ tires, LT, cmr, skids, sliders, steering upgrades. Etc. supporting mods.

if you’re build isn’t at the point where you can use the link kit to its potential and hitting difficult trails then go with the leaf, hanger and shock relocate . One of the biggest pros of this is you can do it over time and like I said it does perform extremely well but it’s hard to compare because I think they cater to two different types of builds and people.

Thank you, this is exactly the input I'm looking for. Besides sliders, my truck is currently completely stock, I plan to keep it this way for the next year or two and then I'll be completely overhauling it. I'm taking this time to do all the necessary research so I can make sure I have everything as well thought out and setup as possible. My thought process behind going links in the rear was I know I'll be pushing the truck and I typically just spend the extra money upfront because I know I'll upgrade in the future, however, in this case I think I'll stay with leaf's and see whether the upgrade to links will be necessary. If I went with your hangers and relocation, what leaf setup should I be looking at to maximize my travel numbers?

New website is live! Its been a long time coming but finally have a website that i feel better aligns with the quality products we make. Old one was a bit dated and lacked a lot of functions.
