In order of importance I would do:

    U bolt flip kit
    Extended lines
    New leafs

I mean, call me crazy, but shouldn't brake lines be first on the list? That's not something I would want to chance on the trail.

True. I don't know how much droop the stock leafs when running this set up, but considering rear lines and u bolt flip isn't that expensive I'd do them together before a leaf pack.

I am passing on this deal. Fly Fishing took precedence with my "mod" money.

Yep, lots of people are in, out, or sitting on the fence. That's what happens when you have a week to make a big decision. I had shock relocation on my mind for awhile and this got me ready to jump. In the end, I don't want to make a rush decision on a mod I have very little knowledge about. The price is good enough to get you started...but when the rear is finally buttoned up, I would be quite a bit deeper into my wallet than I would want to be.

I thought the same thing. Lots to read up on that as well though. Some day. For now, the truck gets me to the fishing hole.

Oh I want a relocation, I just wont have my truck for a year so I don't see a need to spend money before I leave, I'm going on a "vacation" with some colleagues.

My thoughts about a shock relocation are, why spend money on a stock location setup only to replace them with a relocated kit a year down the road. Spend money once and spend it right imo.
