Suhhweeet. Hows she ride compared to the stock suspension on the streets? I asked because I know they'll ride awesome offroad but I'm wondering about daily driving use with the Foxs vs. stock suspension.

    Hey Sonny.

On your website, its says the Blue color is special order. What color are they normally? All pics I've seen of the Foxs are blue. Is there an upcharge for the blue?

Parts # on the rear resis?

Ok how do the Fox shox hold up to corrosion, particularlarly salt? I live in the snow belt and the people who dont drive tacomas require lots and lots of salt on the road to be able to drive apparently.

Fox only comes in BLACK now. You can't even special order the blue anymore. I'll go in and fix the website to take that comment down.

The shocks you see in JLink's picture, have blue coils on them. They don't come that way, but we upgraded the coils to 700lbs after speaking to Josh about his needs. The coils are Blue, because they're King coils, but standard on Fox are Silver 600lb coils...

Part #s on the rear resies vary, because we can do the 10" or 12" stem top rears, Tacoma rears or FJ rears, depending on your needs.

Since we're in sunny Southern California, I can't really personally comment on that. But I know that salt and chemicals they use to melt ice, will take their toll on any shock finish. It's up to you to keep them clean, and keep a light coat on them of some type of protection against the elements. If you bolt them on and forget them, they will corrode quickly.

Yea I had that concern too but after spending that much money on them, I'm going to make sure I hit them with wd40 pretty regularly

You guys are amazing!!! I might be in the same boat as said above.. End of august.. Maybe even later but one question... Since they are stem top do they go larger then 12" on a stem top for the rear? I would like to get some like 13 - 14" for when I get my Alcans in..

These coil-overs... How much extra is it do compensate for a 6" lift?

On the stem tops, the longest they go are 12". But that's a 31" shock, so should be plenty long. If not, we can do a 14" and run an adapter.

As for the 6" lift...Fox doesn't make a front coil-over to accommodate a 6" kit. But both ICON and King do, and ICON would be the less expensive of the two.

Little update on how the ride feels.. I've now gone over 100 miles since I installed the DSM UCA's and fox coil overs. The ride feels super smooth on the highway. I'm not using the sway bar and dont really notice it unless I take a turn way too fast. I guess everything is breaking in alot more because it feels really good.

    Thanks for the deal DSM.

Marco- still looking forward to hearing from you about the top plates... still no word from fox??

    End of August, cool then.

I'm hoping to have a smooth ride at 2.5"-3", preferrably 3" if possible, but again smooth is priority. So, I'll go to 2.5" if I have to. That said, with my stock non-TSB leafs in the rear, should I go with an AAL to get a level lift front/rear? I will rarely carry a load or tow. Then I'll be putting 265/75R17 tires on later as well.
