Under the driver seat is pretty filled up with amps so I'm trying to figure out a good location for my DSP. It's pretty small so my option are:

    Under Passenger Seat
Storage area under rear drivers side seat
Storage area behind rear drivers side seat

I'm really looking for the least pain in the ass option, looks are secondary.

I'd like to go under the passenger seat. Is there a shorter path for my RCA's than going around the dash and back over to the driver's side that's relatively easy to access?

speaker level inputs or RCAs from back of the dash to DSP, DSP to Amps?

I think if you have room under the seats do that. Less wires/less running, less intrusive (ie, no loss of interior cargo space)

Pull the center console and just go right over the trans tunnel below the carpet? I have yet do it to a 3rd gen, but that's what I did on the 2nd gens ive worked on.

I like that idea. Less chance of interference in the back and forth too.
