Yeah that was kinda my point. 7* is what I would consider on the high side for ride height.
But you gotta make some sacrifices to be balling with more travel up front than I have in the rear.

7 degrees is good for a stock size tire or... you tell me why the big shops build more caster into both their MT and LT UCA's...

It's for better offroad handling I do not believe it has to do with tire size Bill but I could be wrong. Do you have a link to a possible explanation to back this theory? I'm not challenging or saying your wrong just curious.

When tire size changes, so does the location of the contact patch in relation to the caster line/angle. Been dealing with this on a couple of recent projects including new LT arms and a Toyota Class 2000 build.

This is all just my opinion of course, as a result of my recent experience.

That being said - if you're sitting at 7 degrees with your heims and/or alignment cams centered, you should have enough wiggle room to decide for yourself after the arms are built.

That's a good point! If I'm understanding this correctly it only makes a real difference when turning but because I cut my scrub radius I think it would affect it less. Also this front end incorporates anti-dive so my caster angle increases as I'm "mashing it"

    :D

mocked up a tire today just wanted to quadruple check my measurements. This is ride height with a 50/50 split 9" up and 9" down. Shitty cell pics.
