    Maybe something like a 1035 steel then? Heat treating would help, but I'm not sure it's necessary.

    Just bought a full sheet of 3/16th head to my plasma cam guys house @ 5 today. Just gotta hammer out the final details :D

    I successfully converted my drawings from .skp to .dxf so everything will be perfect :cool:

    Also I got a little artsy and made cardstock templates with the plotter (plans printer) here at my work and an exacto knife. It fits like a glove.
