    I was a scientist yesterday.

I'm still waiting on some material for my spindles so in the mean time I decided to remove some mill scale. I started with the grinder and I was happy with the out come so I got some ingredients at homedepot.

    (1) gallon of phosphoric acid
    (5) boxes of baking soda
    (2) bucket w/ lids
    (1) Pack o' scotch bright pads
    (1) pair of rubber gloves
    (1) can of WD-40

I soaked the parts for 25-35 mins then lightly scrubbed with the scotch bright. Then tossed them in my baking soda solution gave them a quick scrub, dried, and gave them a quick WD coating for rust prevention.

here is a comparison the cleaned one was cut with the plasma cam the other I hand cut and grinned straight.

Not bad for my first try at it. Ultimately I plan on just getting non-P&O steel but I need to burn off my 4x8 sheet first. Also great when you get a deal on remnant steel :D

This build is EPIC. Read through all the pages, freaking awesome man, great job.

Are you going to remake your front bumper or use the old one you made?

    Too many to list now.
So are you now the only one making frame reinforcement plates for the 2nd gen to fully box?
