This happens all the time on my phone, Google will take a thread from TW (usually some widely viewed dumpster fire one) and put it on my news article feed. I figured it was because they knew I was a member and on the site a lot, really strange that it's also targeting people that have no connections to Tacomaworld. Weird

I think this is quite cool. Necessary? No.

But anyone willing to modify something of value with their own hands deserves my respect.

I don’t have any background info on this though and I’m way too lazy to search right now.

It's been posted on the TW Facebook page for at least a week, the guy just used spacers to do it. Definitely not safe or done right at all lol. If there is such a way to do it right on these trucks. He mentioned it was just to "gauge interest" in making a dually kit for the 3rd gen but he may have just been trolling people who knows

IMHO Toyota is stupid for it building this or something like it. I think it’s about time they built a 3/4 and 1 ton tundra. Now for the :crapstorm:

Would be cool, I think they don't want to do it because they don't want to deal with diesels and all the bullshit emissions laws in the us.

You can tell the two tyres are just standing up against the wheels that are normally on the Tacoma because there is no gap in between them which you would have to have

A real dually axle build would be sick along with a diesel drop! Lots of money and engineering with that one!

I’m not cool enough to be on Facebook so I am behind with the times. Thanks for filling me in on the spacers. Kind of disappointed but it was expected.
