 Oh had a bit of an accident. Girl side swiped/t-boned me almost 4 months ago! Bent frame, junked the rear end, bed etc. But thanks! Loving the new one! Definitely made the right choice getting a manual in this one

Hey Corey, hows everything going? I still like to pop in from time to time but after peaking through a few threads i barely recognize any of the new users kicking around. haha You doing Moab this year!?

Damn, quite the accident. Hope you're ok tho, thats what matters the most. Gotta love having the 6 speed manual eh, makes driving a much better experience.

I wish but no. Not in the funds this year. Starting my internship in June and then hopefully if all works out I'll have my permanent job in January.

You headed to MOAB this year? Your truck is more than ready lol.

Keep working hard and it'll pay off dude. Moab ain't going anywhere anyways lol

Man, i figure i'll need at least $3k to go to Moab which is doable, but finding someone to take care of my 3 Retrievers = next to impossible. I'd leave my girl at home to help, but such an epic trip should be shared with her!

why not bring your dogs? 3 too many?

I roll with two but one is 25lbs and second 60lbs. not nearly the same as 3 retrievers.

I've considered it, but 3 big dogs is a lot to worry about on the trail, not to mention i don't think most ppl in the group would appreciate my dogs running around loose even tho they are well behaved. Plus, having them all couped up in the truck for 36 hrs (traveling from Ontario to Moab) seems like hell to me. lol
We're looking into possible kennels to keep them at so if we find something that we like, i'm going to try my hardest to roll down there.

Hey Mike love your build! What do you have your front cranked up to? Or your front hub to fender measurements? thinking about getting a set of icons up front too but want to get as close to 3" as possible. Just don't know how stiff the ride will be on the road.

Hi Brooks, thanks for the kind words! Sorry i don't have any hub to fender measurements. I've got them cranked up a bit to make up for the weight of a heavy ass steel bumper, winch and 1/4" steel IFS skid plate but i also like a little rake in the stance as well. Thats with Dakars in the rear. I could always measure how much threads are showing on the CO if you want? It's also nice these CO's are rebuildable. I had mine rebuilt after approx 80,000 kms due to the drivers side leaking a bit of oil. That was a bit of a costly repair....

With my rig, the doesn't feel very stiff at all. But its really tough to say how this suspension would react with your rig since you don't have all the extra weight up front like i do. Wish i could be more helpful...
