    Hi Y'all

So I have one of those Ultimate Tuning and Performance chips wired into my MAF (installed by original owner) and I've been reading about it and apparently a lot of people think its a useless piece of crap. I am thinking of removing it.

My question is, can I just remove the two wires from where they connect to the MAF and then be done with it? Or is there more to uninstalling than that? Like, are there other mods to other parts of the engine that go along with the installation of the UTP chip?

Also, I figure I should leave the battery unplugged for a while to clear the ECU?

This is pretty straight forward, and I think I already know the answer, but I figured I should check just to make sure.

    Thanks!
