Yeah I’ve got the duratracs in the same size with no rubbing except for the front mud flaps I originally had on there. I took those off and absolutely no rubbing since. I have different wheels though. Mine are at 0mm offset vs the -25mm offset of the stock OR stock wheels. Nevertheless I don’t think it’d run either way. Unless you have mud flaps then it might.

Thank you. Correct there is basically no rubbing. I did make slight contact with my front mud flap when turning up a steep driveway lastnight. Going to try and modify those a bit and it should be all good.

Yeah it looked like on mine with a heat gun and a little massaging I could’ve make them work fine. Never got around to it though. Thinking I’m gonna try the rok blokz instead.

Aside from some minor drift action when you turn sharp too fast, they do pretty well.

Ordered Duratracs today in 265/75/16. It was a tough decision between them and the KO2’s since they were within $20 of each other at Sams Club. I had KO2’s on my Ram and really liked them. Towed great with them and they wear like iron E rated. In the end, I went with the Duratracs just to try something different. If I don’t like them, I’ll get the KO2’s for my next set.

Both are round and both will get you from point A to point B. Both are good

I went with the KO2s. I really wanted the added protection of the 3 ply sidewalls as I do take my truck off-road. I’ve always had good luck with BFG. Got a great price too from America’s Tire as well. 26BA27D2-604B-44EC-85DD-9F1071E9D1F3.jpg

That set were "load index" - 115, "load rating" - SL

Been pouring rain here for the last week. Not one issue with my duratracs performing poorly. No step out, no unintended tire slip.

For snow, i don't see how anyone can trust the bfg considering they have zero siping in the tread. i'm looking forward to testing out the GY's this winter.

i've also had these up to 80mph cruising and felt solid and planted. no sway.

they hum ever so much more than the stock GY's w/kevlar. So yes you know they're there, but not annoying or anything. I'm sure they'll get louder with time but I plan to rotate these with each oil change.

I am going to be replacing my tires soon and I am experiencing the same pains many others have expressed in similar forums. I want something "tougher" looking than the stock toyo A30 but I don't want my MPG's to take a massive hit. I am currently getting just under 20MPG (50/50 highway). One of my friends suggested the Duratracs, which would be going on my stock 265 65 17 wheels. I see a few of you have these tires, can you please let me know if they impacted your MPG? What matters most to me are ice/snow traction (Boston), MPG, then looks. I off-road once a year if I am lucky. A lot of people in this forum suggested Michelin Defenders, nice tires but they don't do anything for me in the looks department. I actually bought them for my wife's sequoia a few months back and didn't even realize until I was driving out this morning. That's how unnoticeable they are. thanks!!!

I rotated my duratracs often. But by 7k miles, they were mud tire loud on the freeway. The wet traction was noticably reduced at about 10k. I'm trying different tires next time. If you had asked me what I thought right after I bought them, my review would have been glowing. It just didn't last.

ARE cap, wade inchannel vent visors, weathertec floor mats, ranch hand grill guard, tuffy security boxes in bed, lockable tailgate handle. Still have stuff that needs to be installed and still have stuff ordered lol.
    lol i have both
    17" duratracs i use for fall/winter time
18" ko2's i use for spring and summer
the 17's raise my truck alittle compared to the 18's lol
both are hard to get good balance done around here

I installed the Duratracs on my third gen and I may have dropped 1 mpg. Only had 1400 when they went on and up to 2400 now.

I’ve had them before on my first gen for 30k plus and I did notice that they do get a bit loud/give some vibrations as they age. Wear was good for me and I rotated every 5k or so. These were unbalanced 33s on a 10” wide rim.

I’ve seen mixed reviews. Some get a bad batch and have problems some don’t. They were cheap enough so I got them again for my third gen. They are awesome in the winter.

duratracs are better in snow but they wear faster and get noisy when they wear past 50%. I think duratracs also look better but thats a personal opinion
