Where you originally talking about the Sami or the Toyota with an exo? I mighta got confused..

The fella with the sami ain't got the kind of money to be trading for something like you have! He just likes to take his son out and put around on dirt roads anyways.

Yeah me too.. I've been saying I was gonna buy tires for a long time.. Looks like it finally might happen if everything keeps trucking along as planned.

I just re-read my whole build thread.. Its funny how bad I suck at documenting stuff. Hell, my build didn't really even start havin anything in it till about page 11..

Maybe that'll change from here on out..

Thanks @ajohnson . I'm trying not to get worked up about them just in case.

Its a guy off hardline that I bought some stuff from awhile back and wound up talkin to a good bit. He's going to red labels so he called me and asked if I wanted first dibs & gave me a smokin deal before he posted them up for sale.. So I'm jumpin on it I reckon..

Headed to ATL early in the morning to look at and get those tires..

I think they're a tad more rounded on the outter lugs than I originally thought, but I think I'll get a good year or two out of them and they're a heck of a lot better than what I have now.

Well I finally went and did it.... I bought some tires.

They're 38x12.5.15 TSL SX on Allied Beadlocks 15x10 with 3.75" BS.. They've got a good bit of tread life left especially in the middle where he grooved em some. For the price, they were the best deal I've found in a while, especially considering to come with a set of name brand beadlocks.

They look good with the dovetail

Here's a side shot I forgot to get yesterday:

They have no air and measure 36" maybe a tad more like 1/8".. In sure they're closer to 37.5-38" aired all the way up!

Late nights in the shop are productive.. Got the shop actually clean again and knocked out pretty. much every small thing left besides mounting rear shocks..

    I'm at Waffle House now..

Sure looks a lot better sittin in the shop now:

Someone check my wiring just to make sure I'm not missing anything..

Running a GM 1-wire ALT already.. Power shouldn't go to the push till I flip the switch the way I have it sketched out!

I'll throw some inline fuses in there when I do it..

And the propane solenoid will work off the same IGN flip switch and be grounded to the inner fender. I forgot to draw it in.

All finished besides paint and a couple welds.. I think it turned out pretty good for my first bumper and first time bending tube 100% on my own..

Okay so I couldn't get my truck going right.

#2 cylinder had on 90psi of compression. So it needs a rebuild.

So I've ordered a 20r head, 260 lift cam, header, and 20r intake. So it should pep it up a good bit!

The head and stuff should be on its way tomorrow or Tuesday.. Guy couldn't ship it over the weekend & wanted to wait till his PayPal cleared completely which is understandable.

I spontaneously ordered a Nikon d3300 DSLR camera w/ two lenses (15-55mm & 55-200mm) last night!! It's supposed to be here tomorrow! Free one day shipping from Amazon!

And here's my lathe I bought Saturday:

A little scotchbrite goes a long way:

I think it's gonna clean up really nice!

I also bought a 8ft x 3ft x 3/4" piece of steel.. It weighs 740lbs alone. It's gonna be my new shop table once I get a place to lay it so I can build legs..

Which is when the Samurai gets out. Worked on it again today. Just takes awhile to clean all those parts.. I cleaned on just one knuckle for nearly an hour.
