The 6spd manual like the OP has is 1.00:1 in 5th gear, and should be dyno'ed in 5th.

Dyno from monday, post the pic/video when wife gets back with camera, but till then, 310 rwhp in forth, 303 and 305 rwhp in fifth. Hot run unfortunately didn't have time to cool down before but either way three runs ranging from 310 to 342 rwhp. Oh and found out the corrections factor for all of these was SAE .92 Thanks for all the good comments and advise, keep a look out for all the new mods to come.

Same here. But I'm not telling myself I don't need one. It's the wife telling me "you don't need a super charger, I need a track bike"..

If you took your truck to a DynoJet dyno, and did some runs with the same mods, I bet you would be about 315 whp.

Due to differences between Eddie current Mustang Dynos and Inertia Dyno DynoJets. They usually take much higher HP output of a vehicle to have a more equal reading between the two.

Thanks Tor! I've been reading up on the dyno jet vs the mustang dyno and most people say that the dyno jets will result in higher rear wheel numbers.

Decent explanation of a dyno jet 248C vs. mustang md-250 <(this is the model I ran my tacoma on)

    Agreed,
Typically an auto trans is a about 15% loss, being a manual it will show a bit more output, that much though, doubtful.

The dealership must install it and install the TRD flashed tune.

If you mess with the pulley for more boost or mess with the tune your warranty is voided.

How are they reprogramming the ECU? I though they were not programmable save for an entire reflash (which would be a bitch to tune).

Adding the meth kit would also void your warranty.

Your numbers do seem quite high on the TRD SC and TRD flash. I have the exact same kit and I am pretty certain I am not 340 to the wheels, 300 maybe.

    ***EDIT***
Just saw your 310 RWHP post...that seems more to the norm.

They can't reprogram the ecu, I have to install a piggy back.

And the 310 was the only dyno done on a dynojet the other two were done on a mustang dyno which are known to be higher I've found out.

He explains it some previous posts. It was between 303-310.

Someone on the mustang dyno, most likely didn't set it up right. They read lower than DynoJet, for the most part
