Are you dead set on Dynomax? I ask because most of us use Magnaflow or Flowmaster. Doesn't mean there's anything wrong with Dynomax, though. I just wonder how many responses you'll get because I don't see folks mention them often.

Best thing to do would be to search on Youtube and see if you can find a Dynomax vid to get an idea of sound. Also, I think there was a muffler sound clip thread around here somewhere...

i think that muffler is primarily for racing setups dude. you'd be better off going with a 2.5 inch in and out muffler.

i went to go get a muffler earlier this week stuck on flowmaster then was told by a friend magnaflow is better but when i got to the shop the guy pulled out a dynamax bullet and said it was better than both flowmaster and magna flow for the 05-present tacomas and that is what everyone is gettin from them. So im goin with the dynomax bullet hopefully the shop knows what they are talkin about....just to throw that out there

I have a Dynomax Ultraflo. It's a straight thru muffler but it's filled with fiber glass, so it's loud but not too loud. I like it. Nice deep tone. I think the Bullet would be too loud for me...and my neighbors.
