Secondary air filter removal, K&N drop in, Removed front mud flaps, Toyota all weather matts, skid plate, bug guard. Bilstein 5100's all around fronts set at 2.5", OME add a leaf, Goodyear Wrangler Authority 265/70/17, stubby 6.5" antenna, smoked tail lights, blacked out badges.
I have a 2010 dclb TRD sport with the pedal style E-brake. The e-brake makes this god awful rattling noise when I'm driving as if it is somehow loose. It has some side to side play about 1/2 an inch. Has anybody else run into this? If so, how did you fix it? Its driving me insane. Thanks.

Take a look at it under the dash and move it around to see if you can reproduce it while not driving. The way it operates it could be possible to just tighten the bolt or maybe add a couple of washers between the pedal and the bracket on the bolt itself and take up that slack to solve your problem.

Yes I can replicate the problem while not driving. I'm pretty sure the rivets that hold the assembly together are stretched out so I am goin to have to figure out some sort of bushing to reduce the wobble.
