First off let me say NO FUCKING WAY....that was the first words out of my mouth.

Anyway went to the lake today to ride my wave runner and had a grand ol time since it was the first ride of the summer for me. So long story short I back up to load the ski pull up a bit and notice it didn't fall on the blocks so I stop whole still a bit in the water so I can adjust the ski. Pull the brake ALL THE WAY like always and go to jump out if the truck. The truck immediately started rolling into the damn lake.....I'm already 3 steps away from it and superman it back into the seat a squash the brake pedal. By the the time I get it to stop shift into first and throttle down my rear tires are about floating. Scared the crap out of me. Pull up again to the first stop and pull the brake like normal and this time it holds and I adjust the ski. Pull out of the water and tried to figure out what the hell. Got it home and parked on a hill.

Now this scares me. On the incline I pull the E-brake and release the brake it rolls a couple inches and grabs....for shits and gigs I pressed the service brake and released it again.....damn truck starts rolling and doesn't grab. WTF.

I replicate this a few times and without fail E-brake on and holding push service brake nd it rolls to its desire is met unless I pull the E-brake as hard as I can....even though it all the way out.

Now I know it could be out of adjustment but this shouldn't happen either way right? Just wondering because Posiedon almost got my truck!!!

    Yep.
If it out of adjustment then yes, this can happen. I had to adjust mine a few months back because it wasn't holding very well on steep angles.

It's real easy; pull up the center console and adjust until you get 7-10 clicks with normal pull force

    Yep.
Only thing I could find other than adjustment was an old thread on TN

"I've found the problem to why my E Brake wasn't working...

Both rear side axle seals were leaking, drums and shoes were full of gear oil."

I would say the hand brake needs adjustment. On the other hand I would never count on the hand brake holding the truck on an incline by itself.

Put the truck in reverse ( lowest gear ).
    Turn off the engine.
    Release clutch.
    Pull hand brake.
Then get out and load the boat.

    No worries.

Coorect, except I park in first if on uphill and reverse if Parker facing downhill. On mostly flat or slight grade I park in reverse.

Turning your car on/off beats chasing it.

Sorry for reviving this, I was digging for drum brake adjustment. But don't forget to turn your wheels so the truck steers into the curb should it pop out of gear! ;)
