E-locker problem/ alignment issue?

    Agreed, & thats what bugs me the most, if he's wrong & needs correcting , fine but a few don't need to make the guy feel like an idiot for posting in the first place, theres another forum like that, that used to be THE best source of just about anything toyota related , but has become so rife with assholes that posing even the most legit question results in getting flamed...

    To the OP. Not sure you got this squared away yet. As pointed out by others, first thing I'd try is a diff service (drain and fill). See if performs better afterwards. Also, check the drained fluid for any chunks of metal (bigger than specks). After doing the service, find a quiet dirt road and engage-disengage the locker several times to see if it gets smoother with use.

    Beyond that, time to drop the 3rd member and see what is going on.
