E Locker Truble on 02 tacoma

    Can you hear the relay click in the 4wd computer? There's more to it than just the switch and the actuator.

    The Bed is stock...ish
    100% sure your switch is bad. It should stay in. Nothing else is wrong with your system. The light blinks because the ECU is waiting for the locker it engage. When you hold the switch, do you hear the actuator turn for about half a second?

    Got it fixed!!! Ok so @mechanicjon thanks for attaching that trouble shooting steps. They helped me a bunch. Long story short my original problem was the switch but since I never had a Toyota with an Elocker I had no idea how it works. This is what got to me taking apart the actuator "accidentally" burning the resistors and wasting way more time on a small fix then I should have.
    Now all is good. Fixed the switch re-installed the actuator after doing proper timing on it. And everything works.
