E-locker won't turn off with new gears

    My buddy installed new gears and now his E-locker won't turn off..any ideas?
    TRD off road

    Did he remember to slide the shift fork back over before installing the e-locker motor?

    This person probably assumed the e locker was off when it was rebuilt and just put it in without checking. Can this person just pull the actuator out switch it to the on position and put it back in? Or manually move it to off without taking the diff back off?

    This person probably pulled the actuator out and manually unlocked it and is now driving the truck around. :D
