Hey guys, this is more of a general question for the avid trail riders.

Are there any types of easily removable body armors for either your hood, quarter panels or doors (mostly for tree and bush rash or kicked up debris on the hood) ?

Secondary question, if you could take your daily driver to the trail head, quickly apply the armor and then hit the trails and just as quickly remove the armor afterward so as to preserve your paint quality, would people use it?

    Define 'quickly'.

    And the manner of attachment.

I don't remember the thread title but someone here was testing the waters for interest in magnetic sign type armor. I never heard any more about it so I guess the interest wasn't there. I would be interested if it didn't cost too much. Just slap it on before going out in the bushes and take it off for mall crawling.

Lol, the poster underneath actually guessed the method of attachment. My high strength thick magnetic material cut to the form of the body part in need of protection.

So attachment would be as simple as lining it up and lying it on the vehicle.

Exactly my thought TacomaDave! Peel it off for the mall crawlin/daily driving but slap on the protection to get nasty!
