Don't forget about the brake proportioning valve. Either get a bracket to extend it up or keep what you got and just move it up on the stock bolt that it's on.

I have one plate of steel that i can cut I'm sure i can make 3 or 4 with this piece of steel.

And yes the diff drop helps out a lot on our trucks i would get it.

Sounds good if you know anyone with a spring compressor that's not shit let me know I really don't trust mine with the Eibachs the 620lb spring rate might be too much for the little guy.

If someone with a truck wants to drag mine down from sac i can bring it. I dont want to fit it in the back of the FJ. Jerry, you would need a place to bolt it up though.

That will work i have plenty places to bolt it up to. Will it bolt right to the studs I have a open wall in my garage that I'm taking down in a few months that we can bolt it to. I'm sure we can toss it in the back of Nightstr's truck seeing how you pulled him around hollister ;)

    ...too much shit to list.
Boy was I slow to hop on the bandwagon. I'd like to do the Tundra brake swap but still sourcing all the parts. I'm not 100% sure if I can make it, but I can contribute either way. If anyone heading from the south bay (and a truck) can make a detour:
    I've got a craftsman compressor
    Air tools up the wazoo
Widow maker spring compressors that work on our springs
Brake bleeder (suction type to pull fluid).

I added you to the list we got the spring compressor covered but if you want to bring your compressor and air tools by all means bring them that's just more trucks that can be worked on at once.

Also jack stands if you guys have them it looks like a lot of tires are coming off.

I don't know about the wheels the paint will be real soft and might get all messed up on the way home. I would do it over a weekend to give the wheels 24 hours to cure but that's just me.
