Also just ordered most of my cb crap I need. I should have it sometime next week. I'm still not sure if I'll have it set up, but would it be possible for someone that has a SWR meter to bring it on mod day?

    I've got a SWR meter.

Just hope I packed it haha!

Depending on the funds I'm going to be looking into a cb setup as well. I also have a Millermatic 140, just need a tubing bender and I'll work on some sliders for the 4Runner

Since it's only a half mile detour for us on the 50 corridor, how about the Starbucks on Reed Ave (same exit as Ikea but opposite side of the freeway...north side toward the CHP Academy). I've been there before and online it says it's a 24-hour store. Now to figure out a time...

    Map link:

If things go well and my bearing change doesn't take all day, sure. But it's one of those things where you need spare parts handy because you'll need a screw that would work when attaching the ground wire to the overhead light. What size? Who knows! That's where it's handy to have spare parts laying around. If you grab supplies and want to give it a go, I'm game. Maybe Jerry's even got spare wire and connectors laying around? Shoot, I do so maybe I should try and remember to bring some with me. Now I soldered mine to my overhead while others stuck the wire inside the existing plug. Soldering was a PITA. If you have wire and bring it and connectors, you'll want to put a connector in the wire between the overhead light and the console so that you can disconnect easily if you ever need to drop the console.

FYI, my wife's talking about making brownies for me to bring. They're to die for.

Sorry Steven, no meth or any other fun stuff inside them.:D

Wait a minute. I thought you had a baby shower to go to and that you "might" stop by if you could finagle it?

Are you now going for sure? I see you're on the "help" list.

Well, took some of the work away from mod day, the 'easy' part at least. Rear Fox's are on. The resis and bodies sit on the bottom, sitting pretty for the first rock to hit them. Should be interesting. Had to bend the e-brake cable bracket on the passengers side to allow clearance, still scratched my pretty new shock putting it in though. Ended up spending an hour with a hack saw on one of the bilsteins, not to mention the short drive to buy the hacksaw with only one shock installed :) ANyways, after much cussing and beating, they are in!

Turn your head... I ain't uploading it twice :)
