Hey, Jerry, I think I should be able to get my allpro expos by then so if you think there is still room reserve me a slot. I think collectively we have the kind of experience now to get two or possibly three done in one day (provided they don't go like lucas's!).

I just watched the install video for that ECGS bushing.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xiasSTuDfPA&feature=share

Turns out I was lying like a rug and spreading misinformation. Sorry about that. You do have to pull the CV axle, but you don't have to remove the differential to install the bushing. The reason I thought that was I had watched the original video where Chase had the diff completely apart to investigate and illustrate the problem.

In the video, you can see some diff oil dripping out as the repair is completed, though, that would require a catch pan on the ground and some kitty litter to clean up.

I say never be complete, I say stop being perfect, I say let... lets evolve, let the chips fall where they may.

I'm glad I was paying attention when Jon and I put mine on. Just need to make sure you have straps that ratchet for getting the axle lined up after putting on one side. And the installee gets to torque his own nuts.
