I'm in. I'll be there at 8 am and probably bring some donuts. Might be doing a front and rear diff install (already assembled).

Jerry can you install mufflers and I might see if you can make a panhard drop bracket?

Damn I can't make that day. Next time.

Hey Ruben. If you haven't done this yet let me know. I have all the needed tools and stuff. I would rather just get a new axle. But if you are up to swapping the CV boot I have a brand new OEM CV boot kit I can sell you. I too was going to change the boot a long time ago since I was just curious and bored. But got lazy and swapped the axle.

You'll need enough coax to run from the cab (where the CB is), to wherever you want to mount the antenna, You will be going from the cab, through the large wire grommet located below and to the right of the brake master cylinder, down along the frame rails and to wherever the antenna is going. you will need some kind of mount for the antenna as well, figure out what you need, and PM me if you have any questions, I'll be bringin my electrical kit and tools so I could help you with that.

@msu15 if you're going to use Jerry's CB Antenna mount, you'll need a length of coax slightly longer than the 18ft they commonly sell at fry's. Fortunately, you can purchase a 25ft length of RG58A/U 50ohm rather cheaply for about $10 bucks, the velocity factor is .66 for 50ohm, so you can cut the cable length to be 23' 11", that way, you'll have nearly a perfect full wavelength cable for Channel 17.

If you're not using Jerry's mount and decide to go hood mount like Relentless fab, you can survive with a shorter cable at 1/2 that or 1/4 the above length.
