Good sale. Too bad its got the usual 'does not apply' rules. Just once I wish it would apply to thirds.

    This is a great deal!

It's a great deal, I'm kicking myself right now because I just finished regearing and had been debating whether or not to do a locker up front. For these prices there would be no debate lol

Lol! I bet she rips though

I have thought about going back to 4.88s a couple times lately but i still am pretty happy with my 33s and 5.29s even though it screams at like 3400rpms at 75mph. I bet you're well into 5th gear at 60mph

you gonna go with bigger tires at some point, or just want that baby geared like a tractor?

I never go above 65mph since the other vehicle is a prius lol but still rolling at 3,000 rpms even. Driving it on the street feels weird but that being said, offroad 2hi, 4hi, and reverse up inclines are doable now. I can ease it up a hill in first at 1,200 rpms without lugging. 4lo turns it into a poor mans tacobox crawling in 1st gear.

I'd easily do it again given the same truck with my little 4 cylinder even though it is ridiculously overgeared and underpowered for the lulz. But at the end of the day there is no replacement for displacement so I although I dabble with the idea of 285s I probably won't.

dude have you slapped those f5s on yet???? At this point I feel like you should skip 35s and go straight to 40s lol

Got the f5s on, fenders cut, and 35s rolling. Regeared now at 4.88s, so as far as tire size and gears I can confidently say I am done. The rest of the truck will keep evolving.

anyone know which elocker goes to the front diff for a 2011 v6 offroad auto thats getting regeared to 4.56. Is it the 3.73&down or 3.90&up? theres 2 options on the site and its confusing as hell.

you want to get the 3.73 & down. better act fast since there's only 2 left in their stock to get the 15% off. I ended up picking one up as well since I'm already regearing to 4.88, only makes sense to get everything done at once while the diff is out.

Hmm the dude at ecgs said the 3.90 and up... and told me to get the regular cut 4.56? So confused. Hope I got the right one.

I would trust what ECGS says. I highly recommend you call them back and switch your order if needed. You got advice here from one newer member that was the opposite. The common sense part of my brain thinks that advice was wrong and if you have or are getting gears over 3.90 (i.e. 4.56) than you would want 3.90 and up. That said, I dont know e-lockers or what is what on this choice. I kind of questioned that advice but stayed out of it because I wasnt sure.

However, ECGS are pros and would not give you bad advice on what to buy for your truck.

Please tell us you bought what ECGS told you too?

FYI I got my info from ECGS as well since I too wasn’t sure which one I needed. It’s better to order over the phone than trying to price everything out online.
