    Oh ya, they went same time of year a few years back and got quite alot of snow overnight. Nothing a zero bag and some bourbon cant fix

    Are you from Switzerland? The reason I ask is because the Eastern Sierra has been called the Alps of the US. Be interesting what your take is once you visit.

    Yes sir, I am.
    So far I‘ve only been to Lake Tahoe, but there‘s so much more to explore! Thanks to trip reports like this, I already put a nice list together.
    So far it‘s amazing, just the fact that you can drive up all the mountains and have several trails to choose from. Here in Switzerland every mountain or hill has a ski lift or gondola on it and a no vehicle access sign in front of every gravel road.
