    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
You're going to have to give a lot more info to get any kind of good recommendations.

How much lift are you looking for?
What kind of driving are you going to be doing?
How much load will you be carrying in the bed?

    For starters.

We also need to know if you have a 5 lug or a 6 lug, and is it a 4x4 or a pre-runner?

Assuming you've got a 6-lug, the cheapest you're likely to encounter (I'm not even going to mention the crap spacer lifts you can get), is something like a set of Bilstien 5100s on all 4 corners for under $400 ( ). The fronts are adjustable height, so you can dial in how much height you want, from 0 to 2.5". For the rear, the shocks are good for anything from 1-3 inches of lift, and you'll get your lift from an add-a-leaf or longer than stock shackles. Add-a-leafs usually run less than $100, shackles are usually like $50 or so (unless you get those uber expensive adjustable ones). This is using your existing coils and leafs. If your springs are also worn out (over much more than 100k miles, and it's safe to assume they are), you might as well get new springs too... If you get new springs, you want to let the springs do the lifting, and not the 5100s (like when using your stock coils). If you lift with the spring and the shock, you can exceed the limitations of the suspension and end up doing some damage.
