Yes, I hooked it up and it worked the way they said it would.

I’m not sure what went wrong on my end. I have the same module and tried to wire it in this past weekend.

Ran a wire from each TRN from the tail light to the yellow leads on the module, connected one wire of the 3rd brake light to the green lead and grounded the other.

3rd brake light would come on when braking but would flash with each corresponding turn signal when I tested the turn signals without braking. Then when turn signal was on and I applied the brakes all brake lights would turn on and nothing would flash so I removed the module and have it flashing with the right turn signal :/ did I not wire it right?

You wired it the way they said to do and it worked as they claim it does. Your third brake light becomes a brake light when you applied your brakes but it works as a turnsignal warning when turnsignals are used without your brakes applied. I don't agree with them but it does what they say it will do. The way you got it hooked up it will flash even when you have the brakes applied but works as a brake light when no signal is on. It's a product that is a cheap way of fixing the brake light. I plan on working on it again when I have more time. I have the two camera's in my factory third brake light that I plan on moving to the camper shell and I will revisit the brake light at that time. Smart campers have a pigtail that they say will fix the problem but won't sell it to someone that doesn't have a smart camper. Leer has a pigtail that is supposed to fix the problem but I couldn't get anyone to say it fixed all the issues. GG offroad says they are working on something that will work but they are not ready to release it they gave me no idea what it will or won't do. I think the one wire run from the factory third brake light will do the job but that needs to be tested out.
