We certainly understand where your question is coming from. Ordering tires through eBay can cause some additional concerns. Although we do post our New Old Stock on eBay those listings are clearly labeled as well would not qualify for any promotions at any time.

If you are purchasing one of our listings for new tires, the inventory is pulled from the same suppliers that our Discount Tire store locations along with our mail order division Discount Tire Direct get their tires.

With that said, we would be unable to confirm the DOT dates prior to shipping the tires, however we do our best to stock and ship the newest tires available from the manufacturers.
