I've been looking at spacers but I've found them quite pricey. My wife and I do a lot of eBay shopping and I've found sets of 4 for under $100. Not really gonna use them to run bigger tires just for a slightly more aggressive stance. I was thinking maybe a half to a whole inch or so. I'm wondering how the ones on eBay may hold up. I know spidertrax is good I just can't afford them.

There have been a few issues with eBay wheel spacers. It's not really an area where you want to go cheap. You need good quality metal and machining in this area. If you don't need them to fit a tire then save up and get a good set. There are a lot of threads here that discuss who the good manufacturers are.

As said above, wheel spacers aren't something to go cheap on. If your $100 spacers fail and your wheel falls off it'll be a lot more expensive than spending $200 for quality spacers. Unless you want to cut your studs you may want to look into 1.25" spacers, that was the spacer clears the entire stud so no cutting. If your wheels have pockets on the back you could go with a narrower wheel spacer because there's room for the stud.
