    Anyone have any feedback on ECG Fabrication?

    I recently ordered SOS rock sliders for my Tacoma and I received a single slider. As far as I have ever seen these sell in pairs. Nothing on their website indicated otherwise. Anyway I have been trying to get in touch with them as their email response is pretty slow and I call their main line and no one answers and it says voicemail box full. Should I be concerned at this point?

    That is what I was afraid of. I'm not crazy though right? The sliders are sold in pairs correct? Lol I may sound dumb but I want to ensure I'm not missing something here. Every site I have ever seen they are sold in pairs. Thanks for the reply bigshane.

    i did business with them a couple years ago. I wouldnt be that concerned. They are a great company and many many many people on here use them and have nothing but good things to say. When did you contact them?

    Yeah that would be awesome. I have not received any hardware either; just the one slider. I'm not in a rush but man it sure would be nice to have good customer communication.

    It has been nearly 5 days since I contacted them. All previous email correspondence with them on my order questions took several days in each case. I had ordered a bumper as well but they said they ran out and were not making more yet it is still for sale on the website. So I'm just a little frustrated that they are not communicating within a reasonable amount of time in all cases. Either way I'm not in a hurry just like to know what is going on. When I receive a message that said "your order shipped" and I receive only part of it I got a little concerned. Doing my best to remain patient and needed some reassurance from TW members. So for now I will hang tight. Thanks.

    Called them twice today and it goes right to a voicemail box full message. The main site lists the number as 919-723-8490. I can try the one you posted as well. Thank you!

    just to be clear, the issue is with ECG fab, and not SOS directly correct ?

    all SOS sliders sell in pairs, from SOS

    Yes, absolutely. No issues with SOS. ECG had a sale on the SOS sliders for a helluva price so I naturally bought them.

    Yeah he did issue my refund on the bumper that was sold out but since then getting a response has been difficult. Few email messages sent and phone calls go immediately to voicemail box.

    Sorry to hear your experience was that poor. From other posts I had read I thought this place was reputable. I generally like to deal with smaller shops and support them over big companies but this puts a sour taste in my mouth. In the future I will definitely look at buying directly from SOS if I decide to go with them for parts. I do plan on a Pelfrybilt front and rear bumper setup and those guys have been great with customer service.

    Original price of $340 on sale for $254.99. SOS lists them as $380 regular so I just assumed it was a sale as the site indicated. No mention of it not being a pair and the site description says "sliders." Plus there is no option to specify driver or passenger side. You would think that if it was a single slider they would have asked when they emailed me about refunding the bumper on the order. S&H was about $125.

    Yep called Fedex this morning after the ECG phone call issues. FedEx says it was just one item as far as they can tell. They said to contact the business and I said I had but was not receiving a response.
