Shipping from Raleigh, NC. The 2005-11 grilles are aftermarket and painted professionally by a local auto body shop, since it is much easier to work on those rather than OEM grilles. Every other grille we offer 2012-15 Tacoma, FJ, 4Runner etc starts with an OEM piece.

Usually just a couple days at the most right now, if we don't have it in stock.

Unfortunately we could not meet your deadline after the order change! No worries though.



Also, I know we've been lacking on the lead time. We had an issue with the paint shop we were using for the 05-11 grilles but we finally have that fixed I believe. They did great work but just took way too long. We've been pushing through a lot of orders over the past couple weeks and should hopefully be caught up by the end of next week!

Geez. So, no lies, what's the average turn-around time on one of these? 2013, full grille.

 

After the next batch goes out early next week, we'll be down to a 3 week lead time. 2012-15 grilles often ship out quicker.

 

That ain't so bad. I like your stuff. Once I blow a bit more money on suspension and racks, then I can focus on making my truck look purty.

 

Hey quick question do most of you guys use the wall anchor and screw method to put the grill to the surrounding portion or like automotive glue goo stuff?

 

I used the screws that were already holding the grille in place and added glue for added support

 

oh okay yeah I saw two different videos on youtube, one with like fiberglass and bondo and wall anchors and a lot of extra stuff and another with auto goo glue and 3m tape and like a putty lol so much easier

 

Hey everyone havent ventured onto TW for quite a while. We've been working pretty hard to revise a couple things and working on new products. Our lead time is successfully down to 3 weeks after a few changes, and we may be able to get it down to 2 weeks within the next month here.

Haven't posted any pics in a while, a few recents…

 

Any tips on mounting it? To flush mount it like yours just sandwhich it between the grill and trim? I have a ecg mesh and letter kit

 

Our mesh kits are not intended for flush mount designs for the 05-11 Tacoma, I haven't tried that method.

As for a thin lip or reccesses, I reccomend drilling holes in the back of the plastic frame and using a series of zip ties to hold the mesh in place. If you were talking about the process as a whole, there's over a dozen write ups available on TW on some various methods.
