New member here just trying to read everything on here before I dive into modding my 2019 TRD offroad DBCLB How long does this bushing last, and does this wear out the shaft quicker? Thanks for any info.

Does anyone know what the 'axle seal' option is for when ordering? Is this needed?

It can be , Many don't need one unless you cut it when removing the bushing. Better to have one on hand just in case. get the size right.

It is a garlock type seal, rubber with an inner lip using a spring to keep the inner seal lip in contact with the CV bearing surface.

Dale, did you take off the tie rod and UCA when you removed? I tried to get the CV out last night and the fucker wouldn't budge. How'd you get it back in? HELPPPPP. I have the UCA off but the CV still wont come out :?

You don't need to remove the UCA. Unbolt the spindle from the LCA and it does help to disconnect the tie rod end and remove the shock. Use a pry bar and hammer on the notches of the CV axle where it goes into the diff. If it doesn't pop out turn it little by little and try again until it pops out

Ok, didn't know had to remove from LCA - I was trying to avoid getting another torque wrench but I guess it wouldn't hurt to have one that goes above 100ftlb. I already have the UCA/Coilover out since I'm doing a front suspension swap-out anyway. Thanks for the tip :)
