So I installed the ECGS bushing about 6 months ago and the rumble strip noise has returned and then goes away when I put it into 4 high. Any suggestions on what it could be this time? I checked the CV axle and it has little to no play. Help a brother out!

Hey all, I have had my bushing for a minute now sitting in the garage. I was planning on installing tomorrow morning, it has a bit of surface rust starting and I was wondering, should I leave itit? Or wire-wheel the rust off?

Edit, I just wire wheeled it, it was super light rust.
