Bullshit. Mine did, but they just replace it with a new needle bearing. My dealership did and the vibes came back 2 weeks later. They won't order that bushing

Don't get another needle bearing, put the bushing in

Yeah shits easy once you’ve done a few. I can do it in 1.5-2 hours, from jacking up to tires back on the ground

Some dealers will actually put in the ECGS solid bearing, some Members have done it at their dealer.

Different dealers are better than others. Mine won’t even rotate the tires when they say they will, even marked them to find out they didn’t.

Wow, that's the first dealership I've heard of that would do that, let alone knew about it

I ordered the part. Anyone have a good write up or a link on step by step instructions on how to replace this needle bearing on the 3rd Gen. I would really appreciate it.

Lmao. I always put tire shine on the front to know if they rotated but these days I do it my self.

With only a 1" lift you may not have any vide issues. I would hold off until you need it, which may never happen if you're lucky. I don't believe there is much risk of damage even if the vibes start up. Just annoyance at the sound.

Hmmm tell that to the guy who had his needle bearing blow up into pieces inside. It wasn’t cheap....

Although it extremely low % for that happening. I’ve seen a few cases that pop up on the forums, but this can happen if you don’t replace the needle bearing once it’s bad.

I know some people go 10s of thousands of miles on a bad needle bearing and nothing happens. It’s not worth the risk when the job is not to difficult or not that expensive depending where you live.

Its really not that tough to do. There's only 7 nuts and 2 bolts to remove and put back and that's including the lugnuts.
