ECGS Bushing Removal/Install Tools

Does anyone near Portland OR have the tools to install or remove the ECGS bushing?

Sadly I'm dealing with the wub wub toyota bearing on a new 2017 with 2k miles on the clock. I'm going to order the bushing and was wondering if I could possibly borrow someones tools.

Picked up diff seal, bushing, and install tool from Mule in Issaquah. Install went well, no more front diff noises changed front diff fluid at same time nice and smooth now. Tool is available.

 

Looking for the tool in the Portland area, I can pay to rent it or just purchase.
