    Great idea but the trust issue can be resolved if you pay the $60 then sell it to the next person for the same and on and on and on. The last person who can't sell it ends up with a $60 tool. TW can have a post dedicated to all kinds of special tools so people can buy and sell one time usage tools. Shipping would be the only cost.$.02
